PACK Power, LLC is seeking a site-based inspector/lead for the High Voltage division in Paris, Texas. You will oversee daily substation construction activities, inspect work quality, and ensure compliance with design documents, safety policies, and QA/QC standards.

Mentoring craft workers and maintaining logs are part of the role. Travel is regular with a daily per diem, a monthly vehicle allowance, and return trips home from the job site.

Formación

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in related construction field preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Oversee daily substation construction activities, inspecting work quality including excavation, concrete, rebar, grounding, steel, wiring, and electrical checks.
• Verify construction aligns with design documents; review inspection reports and resolve non-conformances.
• Maintain key logs: material tracking, testing/inspection, concrete, and non-conformance.
• Coordinate closely with client quality staff to meet QA/QC standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and estimators on project support and future planning.
