Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years relevant experience in subrogation or legal/insurance roles.
• Experience in a legal office or insurance industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and recover dollars related to subrogation cases from creation to recovery.
• Maintain accurate notes and case documentation throughout the workflow.
• Interact with attorneys, adjusters, medical providers, and others professionally.
• Negotiate settlements and review claims with stakeholders.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and secure handling of PHI; adhere to company policies.
