Job summary

Technip Energies seeks an entry-level Subcontracts Administrator/Technician to support the Subcontracts Department from an onsite role near Lake Charles, Louisiana. You will help create, maintain, and report subcontract activities while learning policies and procedures.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. This role is fully onsite with no remote option and is tied to the CWLNG project near Lake

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions.
• Experience with Oracle or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain subcontract files and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain subcontract filing systems and coordinate with central document control.
• Assist with vendor setup processes, including coordination of pre-qualification requirements.
• Support subcontract managers and administrators with subcontractor invoice issues.
• Enter and manage purchase order (PO) change orders in Oracle systems.
• Assist with subcontract close-out activities and documentation.
• Retrieve, analyze, and report subcontract-related expenditure data.
• Provide analytical support and generate reports as required.
• Prepare documents for publication in accordance with subcontract procedures.
• Maintain correspondence logs, including memos, letters, and meeting minutes.
• Format and publish subcontract-related reports and documentation.
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling for internal and subcontractor meetings.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of subcontract records and reporting data.
