Job summary

Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC (ICE) in Houston, TX is seeking a Structural Engineer to join our design team. You will ensure that bridge and transportation structures meet technical and safety standards, budgets, and project timelines while delivering construction documents and design calculations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, mentoring junior staff, and applying AASHTO and state requirements using MicroStation/OpenRoads; experience with TXDOT

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required; master’s degree in Structural Engineering desired.
PE license required.
4–7 years of bridge design experience desired.

Responsibilities

Analysis and design of structural components for bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and other transportation-related systems.
Deliver construction plans, design calculations, and project specifications.
Mentor junior staff and assist with project management and client communications.
