PSW Group's Magretech plant in Bellevue, Ohio seeks an onsite Human Resources Business Partner to support operations. The role acts as the primary liaison for employee relations and partners with managers to implement HR programs.

Responsibilities include recruitment, orientation, safety, benefits administration, training, and OSHA compliance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in HR, preferably in manufacturing, with strong communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years’ relevant experience.
• General knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
• Knowledge of HR systems and payroll administration.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to partner with managers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer HR policies and programs at the plant.
• Advise managers and supervisors on HR issues.
• Mentor HR Assistant; review assignments and milestones.
• Ensure effective communication between management levels.
• Monitor employee retention and training needs; drive improvements.
• Lead recruitment, orientation, and training for new hires.
• Oversee safety programs, OSHA logs, and Workers' Compensation.
• Perform HR analytics and report trends.
• Manage employee benefits enrollment and inquiries.
