Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
Experience in Controller/Accounting leadership roles.
Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement preparation.
Proven month-end and year-end close experience.
Experience with cash flow forecasting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate and timely financial reporting with clear analysis of performance and metrics.
Develop data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and cash flow.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with thorough documentation.
Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and schedules.
Analyze variances and advise leadership on drivers and actions.
Oversee AP/AR/GL and payroll accounting to ensure accurate processing.
