Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician in a field-based role within the SPD, responsible for reprocessing surgical instrumentation per IFU and hospital policy. You will work with SPD and OR teams to ensure instrument readiness and compliance, including decontamination and testing.

The position requires CRCST within 6 months, ongoing CE, and the ability to travel up to 10% with a flexible schedule. Equal opportunity employer; travel to customer sites within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred or equivalent certifications.
• CRCST certification within 6 months of hire and annual renewal.
• Ongoing continuing education required.
• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy and surgical procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate and assemble rigid scopes, cameras, light cords, and power instrumentation.
• Perform in-line function testing (leak, sharpness, insulation, or power checks).
• Wrap and containerize sets for sterilization per IFU.
