Employbridge seeks an Onsite Staffing Manager to supervise staff delivering timely, quality services at our client site. The role focuses on staffing, payroll accuracy, and strong client relationships.

You will lead a team, manage employee relations, and coordinate recruitment while driving service metrics and reporting. A background in HR and data management supports decision making and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service at multi-level client communication.
• HR and data management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and build diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Comfort with operating software and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate staffing needs and develop value-added services.
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Maintain timekeeping and ensure payroll/invoicing accuracy.
• Provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports.
• Manage employee relations including coaching and performance reviews.
• Conduct onsite orientation and safety training.
• Facilitate workers’ compensation incident reporting.
• Serve as liaison between branch and client.
• Deliver superior customer service and build client relationships.
