Job summary

Randstad is hiring a Site Manager to support our Randstad Inhouse Service division. The Site Manager will work on-site at the client location, building relationships with hiring managers and screening candidates to fill positions.

The role acts as an on-site extension of the client’s HR function, managing workforce relationships and recruitment processes. The position emphasizes developing talent pipelines, understanding client needs, and delivering innovative employment solutions while ensuring

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
• 1+ years in either high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships and multi-task effectively.
• Professional communication skills across all levels of the client organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client.
• Understand the client's business, processes, policies, and strategic direction.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.
• Execute recruiting plan to ensure right quantity and quality of talent.
• Screen and select candidates per client job profiles and forecasts.
• Comply with operational standards and employment laws.
