Job summary

Randstad, the world’s leading talent company, is hiring a Site Manager to support our Randstad Inhouse Service division. This on-site role partners with the client to understand staffing needs, screens and interviews candidates, and acts as an extension of the client’s HR function.

You will build relationships with hiring managers, maintain a candidate pipeline, and execute recruiting plans to meet workforce forecasts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
• 1+ years in high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication at all levels of the client organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client.
• Understand the client’s business, processes, policies, and strategic direction.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent aligned with client needs.
• Execute recruiting plan to ensure right quantity and quality of talent.
• Screen and select candidates per client profiles and workforce forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and employment laws.
