Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent
• 2–3 years of accounting experience in corporate/manufacturing environment preferred
• 1 year of SAP experience desirable
• Strong Excel skills with large data sets, pivots, and formulas
• Understanding of US GAAP and financial accounting principles

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing
• Support internal and external audits with schedules and documentation
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management
• Monitor budgets vs. actuals and report variances
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure adherence to GAAP, IFRS, and company policies
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes
