Legends Global is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the Finance team at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, onsite in Uniondale, NY. You will support daily accounting functions and assist with financial statements under the direction of the Director of Finance. The role requires a B.S.

in Accounting or Finance and 1–2 years of accounting experience. Strong Excel skills (Pivots, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with ERP systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed asset records and perform account analyses.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and variance analyses.
• Enter A/R and A/P invoices and reconcile GL to aging.
• Record cash receipts/disbursements and journal entries.
• Onboard new staff and review payroll paperwork for accuracy.
• Audit box office reports and inventory-related transactions.
