Job summary

Legends Global in College Park, MD, is seeking a Staff Accountant to support daily finance operations at The Maryland Club on campus. You will handle AP, AR, general ledger activities, month-end close, and help with audit schedules in a fast-paced live-events environment.

The role requires a BA/BS in Finance or Accounting, strong Excel and MS Office, familiarity with Dynamics 365 is a plus, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word; attention to detail mandatory.
• Able to work with confidential data and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle A/P including PO issuance, payments, vendor ledgers and updates.
• Handle A/R including invoicing, collections, customer statements and disputes.
• Assist with monthly/year-end close, reconciliations, and audit support.
• Assist with event settlements, budgets, and financial reporting.
