Legends Global is seeking a Staff Accountant for an onsite role at The Maryland Club in College Park, MD. You will handle day-to-day accounting, A/P, A/R, payroll, and assist with monthly/year-end close, audits, and ad-hoc projects.

The role requires a 4-year degree in Finance/Accounting, strong Excel and Dynamics experience, and the ability to work nights/weekends when events demand. Flexibility and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree (4-year) in Finance/Accounting.
• Area of Study: Finance/Accounting.
• Must have advanced PC skills (MS Outlook, excel, word).
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy rate is a must.
• Strong customer service and interact in a professional manner with various functions and levels within the organization.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while preserving the strict confidentiality of all data.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users.
• Strong ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment and ability to multi-task daily.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) is beneficial.
• Background check required for this role.

Responsabilités

• Handle all aspects of A/P including the issuance of purchase orders, submitting timely payments, maintaining aged payable schedule, maintaining vendor ledgers, resolving errors and dispute issues, and onboarding and updating vendors.
