Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of professional accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with general ledger accounting systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in the month-end close process, including journal entries for cash, payroll, and other areas.
• Reconciles general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and investigates unusual balances.
• Prepares and facilitates sales and use tax filings for multiple states and jurisdictions.
• Processes and reconciles rebates for accurate financial reporting.
• Manages compliance activities including licenses and permits as required.
• Coordinates with branch locations to ensure ongoing license/permit compliance.
