Responsibilities

• Record and apply payments via checks, wire, ACH, and credit cards.
• Reconcile AR ledgers and investigate discrepancies.
• Generate AR status reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Assist with month-end close and cash flow forecasting.
• Support CFO with reports and analyses.
