Job summary

Compassion International in Colorado Springs, CO, is seeking a Sponsor Donor Processing Associate to handle sponsor and donor inquiries, process donations, and maintain sponsor/child relationships within our accounts system.

You will work onsite at the Global Ministry Center with comprehensive in-person training during the first six to nine weeks. The role requires strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service, with preference for local candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient typing and computer skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• A love for Compassion’s mission and a heart to serve others.
• Data entry and/or customer service skills; 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve sponsor and donor inquiries, providing information and service.
• Process donations and manage accounts and commitments.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and mail with accuracy and discretion.
• Maintain accurate financial records and sponsor/child relationships in accounts.
• Educate sponsors about Compassion’s programs and foster sponsor loyalty.
