Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP certification and active Texas license to practice.
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems and reporting tools.

• Experience handling confidential patient information with discretion.
• Comfort with basic technical issues related to therapy tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services per physician orders and plan of care.
• Design and implement engaging, evidence-based exercises tailored to goals.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and families through treatment.
• Set measurable goals and track progress, noting improvements and challenges.
• Ensure proper setup, use, and sterilization of therapy equipment per safety protocols.
• Review records prior to sessions to develop personalized treatment approaches.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and stay current.
