PARS Therapy in Texas is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. You will deliver direct therapy, design targeted exercises, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care model to support patients' communication goals.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, HIPAA compliance, and ongoing professional development. Willingness to work onsite in Wimberly, TX and participate in team education is required.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification and Texas licensure are required.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems and related software.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws.
• Ability to manage confidential patient information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Design and implement engaging, evidence-based exercises for each patient.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and families throughout treatment.
• Establish measurable goals and track patient progress.
• Ensure proper setup, use, and sterilization of therapy equipment.
• Review patient records to develop personalized treatment approaches.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure.
