Position Summary:

The Onsite Specialist is primarily responsible for managing daily activities at the client site, providing administrative support, outstanding customer service, along with fostering a positive relationship with the client. This includes overseeing completion of operational tasks in a timely manner according to client specifications.

• Must have customer service experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week
