Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree required.
• 1+ years of recruiting, HR or business operations experience.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting logistics and coordinate between recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and the hiring team.
• Learn about our business to discuss programs intelligently with candidates and client groups.
• Process contractor conversions.
• Partner with recruiters to align on the ideal candidate profile.
• Drive program management to measure and improve hiring efficiency for the scope area.
