Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to meet implementation deadlines.
• Technical aptitude for software integrations and implementations.
• Ability to read and interpret code is highly desired.
• SQL is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with systems administration and database management.

Aufgaben

• Work with Highway customers on implementation of Highway’s products.
• Integrate APIs; experience with Postman or ReadMe preferred.
• Track go-live dates and meet implementation milestones.
• Own technical configuration and troubleshooting.
• Assist the Sales team by participating in customer demonstrations and answering technical questions via virtual meetings and email.
