RTX invites engineers to contribute to complex software integration projects in a collaborative, onsite setting in Indianapolis. You will develop and test software across the full SDLC for both military and commercial programs.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with C/C++, C#, Java, and UI patterns such as MVVM, MVC, or MVP. Security clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a STEM degree and ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Experience in Windows software development and multi-discipline teams.
• Proficiency with C, C++, C#, Java or related languages and UI patterns.
• Knowledge of MVVM/MVC/MVP UI architectures and design patterns.
• Familiarity with software configuration management and GIT.

Responsibilities

• Develop software in a Windows environment as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Design, develop, integrate, test, and maintain software for DoD and commercial programs.
• Collaborate with software and systems engineers to meet end-user and operational needs.
