Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review contracts with the Project Manager to define scope and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Assess customer technology environment and system requirements.
• Prepare and conduct software demonstrations.
• Configure software solutions to meet business needs.
• Provide training for administrators and end users.
• Support testing, go-live, and post-deployment stabilization.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and customer concerns.
• Coordinate with Support to transition to maintenance.
• Maintain proactive communication on status, risks, and milestones.
