PARS Therapy in Missouri City, TX is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our patient-centered team onsite. The role includes delivering direct speech-language therapies, designing engaging exercises, and educating patients and families throughout treatment.

Qualified candidates hold a CCC-SLP, Texas license, and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Strong documentation, HIPAA compliance, and professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have CCC-SLP and Texas license to practice in TX.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems and related software for reporting and records.
• HIPAA regulations knowledge and patient privacy compliance.
• Experience handling confidential patient information professionally.
• Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to speech therapy tools and platforms.
• Duties largely performed standing, with strong communication when explaining procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Design and implement engaging, evidence-based exercises aligned to patient goals.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and families throughout treatment.
• Establish measurable goals and track progress, noting improvements and challenges.
• Ensure proper setup, use, and sterilization of equipment per safety protocols.
• Review patient records before sessions to tailor treatment.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and stay current.
