Job summary

PARS Therapy in Seagoville, TX is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. This onsite role offers an opportunity to contribute to an interdisciplinary, patient-centered care model and advance our collaborative therapy program.

Responsibilities include delivering direct speech therapy, designing evidence-based activities, counseling families, tracking progress, and maintaining safety and HIPAA compliance. A CCC-SLP and TX license are required.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification and active Texas license.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems and related software.
• Solid understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy laws.
• Experience handling confidential patient information with discretion.
• Ability to perform duties primarily in a standing position.
• Strong communication, accountability, and attention to detail in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services to patients per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Design and implement engaging, evidence-based exercises and activities.
• Provide counseling, education, and support to patients and families.
• Establish measurable goals and track patient progress.
• Ensure proper setup, use, and sterilization of equipment per safety protocols.
• Review patient records prior to sessions for personalized treatment.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and stay current.
