The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and Texas licensure, with strong documentation and HIPAA compliance. Collaborative, patient-centered care is emphasized.

• CCC-SLP and Texas licensure required.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct speech therapy services to patients as per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Design and implement engaging, evidence-based exercises tailored to patient goals.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and families during treatment.
• Establish measurable goals and track progress, noting improvements and ongoing challenges.
• Ensure setup, use, and sterilization of therapy equipment per safety protocols.
• Review patient records prior to sessions to tailor treatment.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and stay current.
