Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our onsite team in Rockford, IL for the 26/27 school year. The role focuses on delivering speech and language therapy to PreK-12 students, building communication skills and addressing disorders with evidence-based practices.

Qualified candidates hold IL SLP licensure and IL PEL, ASHA certification, and have school-based experience. The position offers full-time hours (7.5 hours/day) with a starting compensation of $49/hour, onsite only.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current ASHA certification required.
• State licensure in IL or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results.
• Provide direct therapy services focusing on articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support classroom goals.
• Document therapy sessions and progress in a timely manner.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech-language needs.
