Job summary

E-Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our onsite team in Holly, MI for the 26/27 school year. You will provide speech-language therapy to PreK-12 students, assess needs, and create individualized plans to help improve communication skills.

Join us ASAP for the 26/27 school year as we support students with high-quality therapy services in a collaborative school setting. Eligible candidates will hold a MI SLP license, MDE licensure, and ASHA certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
• Passionate about working with K-12 students.
• Experience providing speech-language therapy services in school or pediatric settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessments and student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support goals in classrooms and other settings.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques and activities into therapy sessions.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Document therapy sessions and progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input.
