Job summary

AMN Healthcare Allied seeks a Travel Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based position in Rockford, Illinois. The 43-week contract involves full-time school-based therapy across individual and group sessions.

You will conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and collaborate with teachers and families to support students’ communication and academic goals. Travel assignments include housing options and benefits.

Qualifications

• CCC from ASHA (preferred)
• State SLP license in home state
• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop and implement IEPs with goals for students with speech and language needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress; adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Train and support teachers and staff on integrating speech goals into classroom activities.
