Job summary

E-Therapy is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our onsite team in Marshall, MI for the 26/27 school year. The SLP will assess, plan, and provide therapy for PreK-12 students with a diverse caseload, working full-time at 37.5 hours per week.

Requirements include MI SLP license and ASHA certification, plus experience in school or pediatric settings. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Current ASHA certification required.
• Passionate about working with K-12 students.
• Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting.
• Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with collaboration with students, parents, and school staff.
• Knowledge of AAC systems and assistive technology (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessments and student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support goals.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques into therapy sessions.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Document therapy sessions and progress in a timely manner.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech-language needs.
