Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage security patches, OS upgrades, and database services.
• Enforce DoS security policies and user access controls.
• Ensure data backups, restores, and purge procedures are in place.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents in ServiceNow or equivalent system.
• Maintain site topology diagrams and detailed system docs.
