Job summary

Junior Achievement of Georgia invites a Simulation Manager to oversee JA BizTown/JA Finance Park in North Georgia. You will emcee sessions for 150+ students, coordinate volunteers, and ensure a high-energy, educational experience aligned with curriculum.

You will train volunteers, shape learning experiences, and manage daily simulations to support broad program goals and student outcomes. This is a hands-on, on-site role with a focus on safety and growth of the program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' work experience in a related role.
• Open to candidates with any degree or certification level.
• Strong cross-functional teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make quick, sound decisions.
• High level of computer skills and customer service.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Emcee the onsite simulation for large groups (approx. 4.5 hours) and manage 150+ participants.
• Train and guide 20–40 volunteers daily to coach students.
• Design and execute engaging, curriculum-aligned simulations for JA BizTown and JA Finance Park.
• Coordinate daily schedules and logistics to ensure smooth operations across 175 school days.
