The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of transmission line theory, and proficiency with SI simulation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in signal integrity or hardware design.
• Knowledge of transmission line theory and high-speed circuit fundamentals.
• Experience using signal-integrity simulation and 2D/3D field-solver tools.
• Onsite work requirement: Morrisville, NC for 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Perform signal integrity engineering support for operations and manufacturing production to address performance and reliability needs.
• Apply transmission line theory and high-speed circuit fundamentals to evaluate and improve signal behavior in hardware designs.
• Use signal-integrity simulation and 2D/3D field-solver tools to model, analyze, and troubleshoot high-speed interconnects.
• Support high-speed PCB/package development and perform PI analysis for system performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production stakeholders to translate analysis results into actionable guidance.
