Our client is seeking a Signal Integrity Engineer to join their team. As a Signal Integrity Engineer, you will provide engineering support for operations and manufacturing production. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical problem-solving, hands-on experience with high-speed signal analysis, and a collaborative mindset to help ensure reliable performance of high-speed hardware designs.

What's the Job?
- Perform signal integrity engineering support for operations and manufacturing production to help address performance and reliability needs.
- Apply transmission line theory and high-speed circuit fundamentals to evaluate and improve signal behavior in hardware designs.
- Use signal-integrity simulation and 2D/3D field-solver tools to model, analyze, and troubleshoot high-speed interconnects.
- Support high-speed PCB/package development and perform PI (power integrity) analysis as needed for system performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production stakeholders to translate analysis results into actionable engineering guidance.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in signal integrity or hardware design.
- Knowledge of transmission line theory and high-speed circuit fundamentals, with experience using signal-integrity simulation and 2D/3D field-solver tools.
- Engineering support experience aligned to operations and manufacturing production.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Morrisville, NC for the duration of the agreement (1 year).
