The ideal candidate has hands-on SI experience, strong testing and simulation skills, and a background in high-speed digital systems. Bachelor's in EE required; masters/PhD preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with HFSS, CST, ADS, HSPICE, or MATLAB.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Networking/datacenter/telecom interconnect experience is a plus.
• Bachelors in EE or related field; advanced degrees preferred.

The ideal Signal Integrity Engineer will support the design, analysis, and validation of high-speed interconnect solutions used in data centers, networking, and telecommunications environments. This role is ideal for an engineer with hands-on signal integrity experience, strong testing and simulation skills, and a background in high-speed digital systems.

Responsibilities of the Signal Integrity Engineer:

• Perform signal integrity analysis and testing for high-speed connectors, backplanes, cables, and interconnect products.
• Conduct lab measurements using tools such as TDRs, VNAs, oscilloscopes, and BERTs.
• Analyze and troubleshoot signal quality issues in high-speed communication channels.
• Support channel characterization, validation, and optimization efforts.
• Provide PCB routing and layout recommendations to improve signal performance.
• Develop and evaluate simulation models using industry-standard SI tools.
• Partner with engineering and customer teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Support customer-facing technical discussions and application engineering activities.
• Travel up to 10% as needed for customer and product support.

Qualifications of the Signal Integrity Engineer:

• 2+ years experience working in Signal Integrity engineering.
• Knowledge of high-speed digital design, transmission lines, and electromagnetic theory.
• Hands‑on experience with TDR, VNA, oscilloscopes, BERTs, and related test equipment.
• Experience supporting high-speed connectors, backplanes, cable assemblies, or similar hardware.
• Familiarity with channel characterization, SerDes technologies, and PCB design principles.
• Experience with simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, ADS, HSPICE, or MATLAB.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience in networking, telecom, datacenter, or interconnect product environments is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Master's degree or PhD preferred.

Compensation for the Signal Integrity Engineer includes:

• Salary range: $100,000 - $170,000 base salary depending on experience
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
