Pacer Group is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our onsite team in Simi Valley, CA. The role supports daily shipping/receiving activities, prepares documentation, and coordinates outbound freight with carriers.

The position emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely processing in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in shipping/logistics and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Vocational training or related experience in shipping/logistics preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Create shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and address labels for outbound shipments.
• Ensure inventory is secure and accessible to authorized personnel.
• Coordinate outbound freight activities with carriers and ensure timely shipment processing.
• Audit export shipments for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Confirm delivery completion in the business system.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding traffic, logistics, and contracts.
