Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator in Libertyville, IL on 1st shift with potential to hire. Responsibilities include preparing outbound orders, shipping labels, and coordinating carrier shipments.

The ideal candidate will have Excel skills, good communication, and physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. This is a full‑time role with a pay rate of $19.00–$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Strong computer skills are necessary.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands and reach with hands and arms frequently.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily outbound orders.
• Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs.
• Audit and file inbound and outbound documents.
• Wrap pallets.
• Load / unload trucks.
• Process orders based on the buyer’s preferred shipping system (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Contact carrier and schedule shipping for each package.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed.
