Chart Industries is seeking a motivated shipping and receiving associate for our New Iberia, LA facility. You will move material, operate forklifts, and ensure safety and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include reading CMTRs, pulling materials from stock, and supporting assembly with minimal supervision. Prior forklift experience and knowledge of fabrication tools are required. This on-site role offers stable hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience/knowledge in Shipping and Receiving.
• General knowledge of fabrication tools and parts.
• Forklift operating experience required.
• Education may be substituted by extended experience.

Aufgaben

• Move material and products utilizing forklifts (large and small) and other methods.
• Work with proper safety and housekeeping practices and guidelines.
• Identify material from bill of material and/or cut lists.
• Gather material from stock or from storage after preparatory operations and deliver it to the points of assembly in the sequence required to meet assembly schedules.
• Must be able to read and interpret CMTR to check in material per customer specifications.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
• Works with minimum supervision.
• Add’l duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
