Job summary

Chart Industries, Inc. in New Iberia, LA, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving associate for an on-site role. You will move material, read CMTRs, and support assembly schedules while following safety practices.

• Work with proper safety and housekeeping practices and guidelines.
• Identify material from bill of material and/or cut lists.
• Gather material from stock or from storage after prepatory operations and deliver it to assembly in sequence to meet schedules.
• Read and interpret CMTR to check in material per customer specs.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
• Work with minimum supervision.
• Additional duties may be assigned.

What Will You Do?

• Gather material from stock or from storage after prepatory operations and deliver it to the points of assembly in the sequence required to meet assembly schedules
• Must be able to read and interpret CMTR to check in material per customer specifications.
• Assist in other areas as needed
• Works with minimum supervision

This position is on site in New Iberia, LA.

The starting rate is estimated for 23.50.

Your Experience Should Be…

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience/knowledge in Shipping and Receiving
• General knowledge of fabrication tools and parts
• Forklift operating experience required
• Education may be substituted by extended experience
