Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Mueller Shipping Lead for our St. Pauls, NC facility. You will oversee daily shipping operations, coordinate pickups with carriers, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor staff, manage ERP entries, and work with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize shipping performance. On-site role with regular weekday hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in receiving, warehouse ops or inventory control.
• Forklift operation proficiency and ERP system use.
• Strong leadership, clear communication and organization.
• Safety regulations knowledge and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping activities to meet production and delivery schedules.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory, invoicing and ERP entries.
• Monitor safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in shipping.
• Train and mentor shipping team members on procedures.
• Communicate with carriers, customer service, and sales.
• Schedule pickups with carriers and track OTIF performance.
• Fill in for Shipping Supervisor as needed.
