Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Spindale, NC is seeking a DC Supervisor to lead warehouse and production operations with a Continuous Improvement mindset. You will manage 25+ direct reports and ensure safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery.

The role requires an Associate's degree and 3+ years of supervisory experience in distribution, warehousing or manufacturing, along with strong leadership and data-driven decision making; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in distribution, warehousing or manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence at all levels.
• Solid understanding of supply chain, sales and financial processes.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan warehouse layout and storage considering item turnover, size and weight.
• Direct 25+ direct reports with coaching, training and performance management.
• Ensure accurate records and compliance with procedures; maintain stock levels.
• Manage production and warehouse efficiency to meet schedules and delivery targets.
• Lead lean initiatives, 5S, standard work and Kaizen to improve operations.
• Collaborate with quality to control scrap and drive continuous improvement.
