Job summary

Timken Keene NH is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support production and shipping operations. You will manage inventory accuracy using ERP, issue components to assembly, and perform cycle counts to ensure timely deliveries and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to read engineering docs, and experience with SAP or similar systems. Overtime and a day shift support a stable schedule in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read prints, process sheets, and engineering specifications.
• Basic mathematics and mechanical aptitude.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Ability to follow written procedures and instructions.
• Knowledge of SAP or Tradesphere preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records by performing transactions in the ERP system daily.
• Issue components to assembly to meet schedules and document issuances.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Process inbound shipments and receipts; verify packing slips.
• Prepare, stage, and ship products within shipping windows.
• Train personnel and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Follow safety rules and maintain clean work areas.
