Job summary

Ring Power Corporation seeks a Service Field Technician II to perform diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on customer and company equipment in a safe, compliant manner. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues, disassemble and reassemble components to spec, and document repairs and times using our service software.

Regular travel to customer sites may be required. The role requires 3–4 years of hands-on experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Formal Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: 3-4 years in related field.
• Credentials: able to comprehend written material and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform designated repairs on customer or company owned equipment.
• Repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems to manufacturer specs.
• Maintain tools and documentation of repairs in LMS/software.
• Monitor job expenses and notify supervisor of overruns.
• Train and mentor others in the department when appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
