Job summary

Ring Power Corporation seeks a skilled Service Field Tech II to diagnose, disassemble and repair customer or company-owned equipment according to manufacturer specifications. You will perform mechanical, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting, and maintain safety and quality standards on every job.

You will document repairs using the LMS/software, monitor costs against estimates and communicate any overruns.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 3-4 years in field service or tech role.
• Valid Driver License and ability to travel to customer sites.
• Completed training to be designated Service Field Tech II.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dealer software.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, disassemble and repair customer or company equipment per manufacturer specs.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Document repairs and times in the approved software and LMS.
• Monitor job expenses vs estimates and report overruns to supervisor.
• Maintain safe work practices and mentor teammates when appropriate.
• Attend technician training classes and keep knowledge up to date.
