We are growing our Technical Services division and seek a Onsite Service Technician to provide excellent customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Offer outstanding service, manage call resolutions per SLA, and maintain customer relations.
2. Use electromechanical skills to repair devices, with training provided.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction by managing maintenance and inventory of equipment.
4. Communicate effectively with on-site clients regarding equipment status and support other Xerox personnel as needed.
5. Provide training to end users on equipment functionality.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Electromechanical experience with troubleshooting electrical circuits and reading schematics, from roles such as HVAC technician, electrician, automotive mechanic, or military service.
2. Excellent time management and reliability; punctuality and dependability are valued.
3. Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record.
4. Ability to lift 50 pounds, walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive for over 50% of the workday, with safety as a priority.
