Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to support a semiconductor client site in Austin, TX. You will diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance, and install products at the subfab level, working onsite with customer teams.

Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and a background as a technician. Knowledge of semiconductor environments and vacuum or abatement tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience or mechanical aptitude.
• Experience as a technician (military, semiconductor, automotive, HVAC, etc.) is preferred.
• HS Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Provide product support and technical know-how onsite at the customer site.
• Diagnose faults and perform remedies to keep equipment operational.
• Perform preventative maintenance and install products in the subfab.
