Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field OR equivalent hands-on experience from military background
• 3–5+ years of hands-on technical experience in high-tech manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of power, vacuum/fluidic, and digital/analog electronics; diagnostic software proficiency; familiarity with SAP or asset tracking tools; good MS Office skills; clear written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and rework complex semiconductor capital equipment during on-site visits
• Serve as the primary local technical contact, communicating status, plans, and timelines to customer operations and engineering management
• Support NPI, tool installations/upgrades, and document technical findings to aid troubleshooting and training
