Job summary

Mainscape is seeking an Operations Field Manager in Honolulu, HI to oversee landscape maintenance contracts, coordinate crews and scheduling, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. The role involves direct customer communication, CSR tracking, and reporting to the Operations/Branch Manager.

Responsibilities include training and advancement of crews, safety training, and managing equipment and materials, with a focus on delivering timely, high-quality service under company standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of previous commercial experience as a crew leader.
• Experience with landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, edging."
• Knowledge of safety policies and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Be able to perform all responsibilities required of a Crew Leader.
• Payroll responsibility for weekly payroll and overtime.
• Schedule crews, equipment, and materials for work orders.
• Train assigned employees on POE, SOP, and quality standards.
• Maintain safety training and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and fuel management.
