Job summary

Daxtra is seeking an On-Site Service Engineer in Pflugerville, Texas to install, troubleshoot, refurbish and maintain advanced industrial additive manufacturing equipment from our facility.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, the ability to read electrical schematics, and proficiency with Windows PC, networking, and MS Office. Monday–Friday on-site with occasional evenings or weekends; some international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years servicing industrial equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering diagrams.
• Windows PC, networking, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Certified tech or skilled worker in electrical engineering; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission equipment at facilities according to company specifications.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, refurbish, and reassemble used equipment for resale.
• Identify worn or damaged components and determine the required repairs.
• Conduct inspections & testing to ensure refurbished equipment meets quality and safety standards.
• Provide on-site and remote technical assistance for equipment troubleshooting and repair.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on customer equipment.
• Maintain accurate service records, repair documentation, and field service reports.
• Partner with 2nd Level Support to ensure the installed equipment meets company standards.
• Travel internationally when needed.
